Incline Flume to Tyrolian Ridge

 

This is a gorgeous hike! It connects the area near Chickadee Ridge to the Incline Flume trail, both just west of Tahoe Meadows. Lots of big boulders, mule ears (a type of flower), and overlooks of Lake Tahoe. There was one great little sequoia tree here. :)

Timberline Drive, Whites Creek

 

This area of town is very accessible for us, only about 20 minutes away and it's full of beautiful things, nice smells, and quiet forest. We come back here frequently, every couple of months.
